How You Can Get Involved

  1. Become a Member! With a monthly or yearly pledge, you can help ensure that our community has a team working for all of its members. Please download and complete the MICAS Membership Form (PDF), and mail it to the address indicated.
  2. Contribute time & talent. What skills and resources would you be willing to share? Currently we are seeking volunteers for database management, computer development, staffing events, flyer distribution, and board members with a variety of backgrounds for the long-term sustainability of MICAS.
  3. Network. What other groups or individuals can this idea be shared with?
  4. Give feedback. MICAS is what the community of participants makes of it. How can this better serve our community and region?
  5. Let us support your organization or community. MICAS is committed to developing and supporting organizations and individuals involved in community-building initiatives. Our services include strategic planning, public relations & marketing, program development and training, graphic design & web site development, business writing, coaching, media development, advocacy and campaigning, and consulting.for special events and fundraising
  6. Donate. Your donation is tax-deductible -- call 357-5848 for details.

MICAS is currently in the process of incorporating as a non-profit and obtaining its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. We fully expect all memberships and donations to be tax deductible for our patrons.
